Do the test strips need to be unexpired?
Yes. We only buy unexpired supplies.
The longer the expiration date, the higher the payout. But we may also take expired boxes.
Do the boxes need to be sealed?
Yes. All boxes must be:
• Factory sealed
• Unopened
• In good condition (no tears, water damage, or heavy dents).
When do I get paid?
If you shipped your products to us, we’ll send your payment after your package is received and checked in. We usually pay the same day it arrives, but please allow up to two business days during busy times.
We process shipments Monday–Saturday.
Packages delivered on Sundays, holidays, or late in the day are handled the next business day. Since we receive many shipments daily, occasional delays of an extra day may happen, but we always work hard to pay you as quickly as possible. If there’s an issue with your shipment (damaged items, unexpected products, etc.), we’ll contact you first before sending payment.
For local customers, we offer instant cash payment at pickup.
How do I get paid?
Currently we offer
Zelle, Cash App, Chime, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Check by Mail.
If you are local and can bring us your products directly then we can pay you cash in hand. If you need to be paid through another method of payment, then please let us know and we will see if we are able to accommodate.
How do I send my items?

• Local pickup — If you’re within our service area, we can meet or pick up directly.
Is this legal?
Yes. It is legal to sell your own unused diabetic supplies as long as they are:
• Personally owned
• Unopened
• Unexpired
• Not obtained through government insurance (Medicare/Medicaid)

Should I remove the labels on the boxes of diabetic test strips?
If your boxes have labels,
PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LABELS as this can damage the boxes and reduce their value or even make them worthless. Please be assured that we will remove all labels upon receiving them.
If you want to protect your personal information then you can use a black marker to cover your information on the stickers, but please be careful not to get onto the actual boxes.
If you must remove the labels, then please make sure to remove them very carefully so as not to cause any damage to the boxes.
